In 2009 proNestor was appointed Microsoft ISV Partner of the Year in Denmark for, amongst other things, our development of the Microsoft OUTLOOK BOOKING module, our commitment, our choice of design, our service to clients
and our technological expertise. In addition, the fact that PRONESTOR BOOKING lies “up in the clouds” so it can be used directly as an online service on the Internet, was also highly valued by Microsoft.
PRONESTOR BOOKING is an efficient work tool for meeting planning and resource booking. A solution that creates a unified, simplified, structured and optimized workflows for all employees involved in meeting planning, resource booking, resource management and billing of for example meeting rooms, cars and catering orders.
The user-friendly interface provides companies and their employees with a unique and comprehensive overview, so that meetings can be quickly and easily planned, organised and invoiced.
The solution is a web based solution that integrates into Microsoft Outlook, which, for example, makes it possible for meeting organisers to book resources such as meeting and conference rooms, technical equipment and catering as a
natural and integrated part of the Microsoft Outlook calendar.
PRONESTOR VISITOR MANAGEMENT is a professional security work tool for the reception, guards and gate to manage the company’s external visitors, by registering visitors, their company and arrival time etc. In addition, it is possible to print visitor cards (name badges), inform the host by email/SMS upon the visitor’s arrival and control visitors’ access to the wireless network (WiFi).
PRONESTOR VISITOR MANAGEMENT can be used independently or as an integrated part of PRONESTOR BOOKING.
PRONESTOR DISPLAY is an interactive digital display solution for displaying meeting information outside the meeting rooms, the meeting area and at the reception. The solution can pull data from both PRONESTOR BOOKING and from Microsoft Exchange.
