I would rather see how to get started with the proNestor booking Outlook Add-in.
First start your web browser and enter the URL for the proNestor site ( the open demo is demo.pronestor.com/trial_uk)

Now login as a normal meeting organizer (booker) using the login
information from the right hand panel in the open demo. If you
have your own proNestor version initial user accounts has been
emailed to you.
* Login as 'mary' with password 'pronestor' (test account on the
open demo).
You now see the main screen.
* Create a meeting by clicking the button 'Create meeting' to the right.

*Set the meeting start and end time. Set the meeting to take place on a week day in the near future - 3-5 days from today.
Don't create a meeting in the past.

* Click create and you will enter the room and equipment booking step.
* Choose a free room by checking the check box left of the meeting room name.

After checking the room you can check more resource if you like.
* Click 'Order' to add the rooms and equipment to your meeting booking. The 'Order' button is in the bottom to the right.
* Click 'Catering' to proceed to ordering catering.
* Enter the desired amounts of the different foods and drinks that you want.

* Now click 'Order' to add your food and drinks to the meeting booking.
* Click 'Check Out' to review your bookings and enter the last required information to your meeting.
Review your bookings and orders.
* Choose a billing account from the drop down.

You are now ready to commit your orders and booking.
* Click 'Send order and Save' to commit your booking and orders
The meeting room and your catering has now been ordered. If you use an account with you email registered then you will receive a confirmation mail from proNestor summarizing your orders and bookings.
