We naturally support Microsoft Outlook, meaning that you can order
conference rooms, AV equipment and food and beverages for your
meeting in a single process.
And when you move, repeat or delete your meeting, the changes are also automatically registered in your orders. It couldn't be any easier!

When you have created an order for facilities and food and beverages via Outlook, it is visible via the intranet and your web browser.
Thus, the reception desk, internal services and the kitchen can edit your orders without requiring access to your Outlook calendar and Outlook appointments.

Basic configuration and administration of proNestor Booking is performed via the intranet and your web browser, and is extremely simple and easy to learn to use.
A variety of functions are configured via the administration module, including user rights, ordering and payment rules, creation of meeting resources (e.g. conference rooms and food and beverages) and export of data to financial systems.

proNestor Booking features special functions for various departments that ensure, for example, that it is easy for kitchens to register, edit and delete the items offered for meetings. Prices, pictures, descriptions, rules for when and what can be ordered, etc. are also controlled by the kitchen itself.
It is naturally also possible to make changes to the meeting organizer's orders, e.g. when generating statements and invoices for the actual consumption in connection with the meeting.
The report module ensures that all of the necessary reports (e.g. order and transport forms) can be extracted directly by the kitchen and printed or saved.

proNestor Info System gives you the ability to display information about meeting activities on electronic signs and screens at each individual conference room and in the reception area. The information comes directly from proNestor Booking and is displayed with the proNestor Info System.
Book the conference room or extend the booking if the meeting takes longer than expected. These are among the many functions available directly on-screen with the proNestor Info System.
If you already have an electronic sign solution, proNestor Booking ensures that all meeting information can be automatically exported.
The integration is easy and elegant and this set-up is used daily by a variety of our customers, including integration with the Ariadne solution from Modulex.
proNestor Guest is an easy-to-use professional visitor registration system with an array of functions.
Receptionists, security personnel, meeting organizers and others have easy access to registering external guests by name, company, etc.
proNestor Guest enables you to print visitor badges, register the times of arrival and departure of guests, print parking permits, register the return of access cards and keys, and much more.
proNestor Guest functions alone or together with proNestor Booking. proNestor Booking automatically registers all external meeting participants in advance in proNestor Guest.
proNestor Guest can also manage visitors' Wi-Fi access. Indicate whether the visitor is to have access to Wi-Fi and automatically print out a user name and password on the visitor badge.
