Below is short introduction to the architecture of PRONESTOR BOOKING.
PRONESTOR OUTLOOK BOOKING modul
PRONESTOR OUTLOOK BOOKING module is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook and is a Microsoft. NET 3.5 C # application. For integration with Microsoft Office use the Visual Studio Tools for Office. The module integrates with Microsoft Outlook. There are no changes being made in Microsoft Exchange environment when using OUTLOOK BOOKING module.
The module must be installed on all client computers that want to use the integration with Microsoft Outlook.
PRONESTOR WEB BOOKING modul
PRONESTOR WEB BOOKING module is an ASP. NET 3.5 web application using Microsoft ASP. NET 2.0 MVC framework. The WEB BOOKING module works as a web-based solution for customers using a web browser. The module also works as a server backend for customers using the Outlook BOOKING module.
The module uses a Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 for storing of data

· Anonymous SMTP sending permissions
Hardware
· CPU min 2GHZ
· Min. 1 GB RAM (+10MB/per concurrent user)
· Min. 250 MB disk space for application files
· Min. 100 MB disk space for database files
Other
· Developed in C# 3.0 – ASP .NET MVC
· Images are stored on the web site
· User information can be read from MS AD
· Data export to financial systems, or digital signage solutions showing meeting information
· Citrix – expect 60MB per concurrent session*
* Only required if running the OUTLOOK BOOKING module. We strongly recommend running Outlook in cached mode.
