When colleagues and external visitors are invited as part of a meeting booking their names will automatically register in PRONESTOR BOOKING. The reception is thus provided with a complete overview in one and the same system, from which they can also retrieve lists of the entire day’s meeting activities and have them presented both on screen and on paper. Hence, they are always well informed, ensuring a professional reception of visitors.

The reception can be granted special user rights in PRONESTOR BOOKING, which, for example, can give them the possibility to amend existing meeting bookings, administer meeting rooms and authorise bookings, dependent of course on whether the company wants to give these rights to its reception.

PRONESTOR BOOKING automatically notifies the meeting organiser of any changes made by the reception e.g. a new meeting room and delivery place for any catering. In this way, all relevant persons are  automatically notified without the need for reception to pass on the message via telephone or email.

PRONESTOR VISITOR MANAGEMENT (pvm) is an independent software solution that enables the reception to register all guests easy and simple. It is possible to prepare and print visitor badges in advance with date, host and guest name, so everything is ready for the guests’ arrival. They can at all-time pull reports on visitors history through time.

PRONESTOR BOOKING and PVM work together and separately. The visitors, who are listed as participants in meetings booked in PRONESTOR BOOKING, are automatically created in PVM.
