For the security of the company, it is important that the reception, guard or gate always has a full overview of which guests who are in the company at any given time and who are expected to arrive. They can at all-time pull reports on visitors history through time.

PRONESTOR VISITOR MANAGEMENT is divided into three modules:

• Receptionist module - Get rid of the manual tasks associated with registration of visitors and information to the host upon guest’s arrival. Printouts of personal guest pass. Manage visitor access to the company’s WiFi.
• Self Registration module - Allows visitors to register themselves with name, company, telephone number and hostname on arrival.
• Host Import Module - Update the list of hosts automatically using host importing module.
