Receptionist module

Registration

  • Visitor name – drop down only shows visitors with activity within the last 3 months.
  • Visitor name – drop down do not show duplicate names.
  • Auto capitalization of visitors first name, last name and visitor company.
  • Easy and fast host look-up.

  • Search on hosts using full name or initials.
  • Define a valid period for each visit – start and end date/time.
