Streamlined and functional self-registration

PVM can be expanded to include a self-registration module. This module allows visitors to enter their name, company, telephone number and host name upon arrival. The visitor enters the above data at a  standalone computer in the reception area. Furthermore this can be done through a touch screen kiosk setup.

Utilise your corporate design

This module can be setup to incorporate your corporate colours, design and logo. Furthermore graphic elements such as video, flash, etc. can be integrated so you can show your visitors the latest safety requirements, news, marketing commercials, etc.

Guided business process

The software module guides your visitors through an automated process from entering data, handling FDA/ISO compliance checks and having their personal badge printed out. All in one fast process. Furthermore the module can be set up to handle additional languages.

Quick check-in registration

Self-registration saves time for both visitors and the reception staff. Selected visitors who frequently visit your organisation can quickly and easily register their arrival with the “quick check-in registration” functionality.
