Q&A

Here you can read some of the questions we hear from our customers.

PRONESTOR BOOKING

Q: I have unlocked an order, how do I open it again?
A: You cannot unlock an order. You need to do a counter entry.

Q: Why can I not book meetings proNestor others in Outlook?
A: That can be good, this requires that one is permitted in proNestor via the secretary’s role and that one is permitted to create appointments in the person’s calendar. (Exchange)

Q: How do I get access to all the reports?
A: To access the reports you need to have access to the administration part of PNB – this is typical canteen managers and facility manager.

Q: I want to hide my meeting title so that others in the company cannot see it.
A: By setting the booking as “Private” the title is only available for the owner / contact person of the booking. Bookings made via web, can also be set as “Private”.
In reports and screen displays solutions meetings set as “Private” will be shown as “Meeting created by ‘owner name’”

PRONESTOR VISITOR MANAGEMENT

Q: Can you pre-register guests, so you avoid suddenly having 30 guests waiting to be registered?
A: Yes, you can pre-register visitors and print visitor badges so everything is ready when visitors arrive.
It is also possible to import guest lists into the PVM, this way the reception will be let off all the manual typing is.

Q: Is it possible to store extra information about the guest’s visit?
A: There is a note field where you can write information related to the guest e.g. “guest has a bag behind the front desk.”
It is also possible to create a range of resources for lending such as key cards, bicycles etc. These resources can be attached to a guest.

Q: How will a host be informed upon guest arrival?
A: There are several options. PVM can be configured to automatically send an SMS or email to the host upon guest arrival. Alternatively, the receptionist can take the time to call the host.

Q: We manage passwords for our wireless guest network. Can you do that through PVM?
A: PVM enables the receptionist to manage WiFi access for visitors. It is possible to write a user / password for the network based on the guest card.

iScreenPro

Q: I get a “No meetings all day” even though that my connection to Exchange is set and validated
A: Make sure that you have configured the Exchange URL to the Exchange Web Services on your MS Exchange. It should look something like http://yourcompanyexchange/ews/exchange.asmx.
For test purpose - you could open the same URL in a web browser – it should return an XML document – if it does so, then you are on the right track
