One of the important tasks of a company kitchen is to provide food and beverages for the company's meetings. To deliver the best service, the kitchen needs correct and complete information, as well as the time and space for proper preparations. With proNestor Booking (PNB), the kitchen can focus on the important tasks at hand.
PNB is easy and simple for everyone to use. For more than ten years, PNB has served companies throughout Denmark. Hundreds of kitchen employees use PNB every day with great success. All of these users find that their daily work is simplified and that they save a great deal of time on administrative tasks.
All meeting orders are placed by the meeting organizer. When ordering, PNB requires the organizer to provide the information required by the kitchen, including the time and location of delivery, quantity, invoicing information, etc. The kitchen is thereby spared from having to participate in the clarifying aspect of the ordering process, as all orders are completed correctly.
PNB encourages the organizer to order food and beverages when booking meeting facilities. PNB automatically sends an e-mail a couple of days before the meeting, reminding the organizer about ordering food and beverages. In addition, the kitchen can enter deadlines for the ordering food and beverages in PNB.
PNB's standard reports ensure the kitchen maintains an overview of production, deliveries, setting up and cleaning, consumption/purchasing, sales, etc., and key figures and inventory are easily accessible. All of the reports can be displayed on-screen or printed out on paper.
All orders and invoicing information can be registered electronically and automatically transferred to the company's accounting and financial systems.
It is easy for the kitchen to create and change the food and beverage menus that are available for in-house use. It is also possible to insert images into the menus and it is easy to change prices, etc.
PNB also supports multiple kitchens in a company (e.g. a kitchen in New York and another in Boston). Thus, it is possible for employees in Boston to order food and beverages for a meeting that is to be held in New York. It is also possible to have different menus for the individual kitchens.
