It is possible to prepare and print out visitor badges in advance with dates, as well as host and visitor names, so that everything is at hand when visitors arrive. PNG also registers the time of arrival and departure of all guests.
PNB and PNG work together seamlessly. Guests who are listed as meeting participants in PNB are automatically registered in PNG. Thus, reception desks can easily and simply print out visitor badges without manual entries.
