With Pronestor Planner's catering module; arranging meetings, order catering, and reserve other resources is easy because it integrates with Outlook and Office 365. And it’s there, right in the toolbar. That way, it’s immediately familiar to anyone that uses Outlook. There’s no training required for end-users. For IT, it integrates with your existing Outlook solution robustly, so installation is minimal, and it will work out of the box. It’s transparent, complete and gives total control over resource booking and allocation.
One booking flow for catering orders - no do-overs
Ordering catering is an integrated part of your booking flow. You do not need to access other portals, you have everything you need in Pronestor's meeting booking solution. Every company is unique, and this is why the catering view is tailored to your organization. The beauty of an integrated system is that the kitchen is automatically notified of your bookings. In addition, the system keeps in check storage availability ensuring that you can never order items that are out of stock.
Catering bookings across time zones and locations
Pronestor's catering module gives one global view of prices, menus, facilities, and resources. This is useful for finance and administration to keep tabs on usage and expenditure. Pronestor Planner only requires a Microsoft server with an Internet Information Service (Web Server) and a MSSQL Server on the server back-end.
The clients can access Pronestor Planner using either a newer Web Browser or their Outlook Desktop version with our add-in for Outlook.
