Hover.com is about to get up and running again on full speed - and of such we do expect the issue to be resolved.
We are however still supervising the service to give a final "Solved" tag on this issue.

Who is affected and how does the issue show
- Can affect some cloud customers
- For those customers affected – the room displays will not be able to refresh nor can one access the admin page for the cloud admin page for pronestordisplay.com
For those customers that ARE affected by the issue – a temporary fix can be applied. It does require technical server skills, since it requires adding an IP to their local DNS server.
Add the following to your DNS server :
Record Type: A
- IP: 220.127.116.11
Note this should ONLY be temporary until hover.com is fully functional again.

Service is up and running again for all customers!
We are really really sorry for any inconvenience it might have to your beautiful displays in your offices
The reason for the experienced issues was due to an application log that went berserk and consumed CPU from other tenants. We have traversed every customer tenants to ensure a cleanup and are following the server closely to avoid such issue showing again.

A server failure has resulted in problems for some hosted Pronestor Display customers.
Some displays are unable to retrieve information and some runs very slowly
We do hope to be up and running asap.
